Paul Hershenberg - Managing Member
Paul Hershenberg is the Managing Member and founder of Hershenberg & Stone-Walsh Insurance Services and has been helping business owners design and implement employee and executive benefit programs for over 20 years. Paul’s goal was to create an employee benefits agency that would have the knowledge, ability, and resources to positively impact his clients. He built this agency with the belief that finding and keeping the right people and creating processes is critical to the overall success of a business. He also understands that employee and benefit programs create liability risk for any business and has designed H.S.I’s service model and process to help employers control these liabilities. Before co-founding Hershenberg Stone-Walsh Insurance Services, he was Vice President of Southwest Wealth Advisors, LLC and was a registered Representative for New England Financial and Lincoln Financial Advisors.
Rory Stone-Walsh - Partner
Rory Stone-Walsh started with Hershenberg Financial & Employee Benefits in February 2010 as the Employee Benefits Manager and became a partner of Hershenberg & Stone-Walsh Insurance Services in 2014. Rory helps businesses design, implement and monitor their employee benefits programs. Rory has extensive knowledge on the current ERISA, HIPAA & ACA regulations and helps companies stay compliant. Rory designs employee benefit enrollment websites for our clients to move away from the cumbersome paper and pen enrollments.
Cheryl Bujold - Individual Insurance Manager
Cheryl Bujold has been a licensed Health and Life Insurance Producer since 2009 and has been with Hershenberg & Stone Walsh Insurance Services since its inception in August 2014. As the Individual Insurance Manager, Cheryl is involved in every aspect of our clients Health Insurance (including Medicare Supplements and Advantage Plans), Life & Disability Insurance. Cheryl also handles the benefits for our small-business clients that have fewer than 5 employees. Her expertise and diligence allow her to provide each client with a superior level of customer service.
Robert Booth - Client Relations Manager
Robert Booth started his insurance career with Hershenberg & Stone-Walsh Insurance Services in July of 2014. As our Internal Operations Manager, Robert serves as a liaison between our agents, our insurance carriers and our clients to ensure we provide exceptional service. With a keen eye for detail, Robert has developed robust procedures to ensure enrollment accuracy and carrier accountability.
Brad White - Licensed Health and Life Producer
Brad White has been a Licensed Health and Life Producer since 2007. He started in the insurance industry working in the supplemental industry. Brad specializes in helping small business owners in creating and maintaining their employee benefit packages. He enjoys working with the employees of those companies in explaining their insurance options.
Bryan Tucker - Employee Benefits
Bryan has been helping businesses design their employee benefits since 2006. Having managed and owned his own business for 20 years prior, Bryan brings a perspective from the business owner’s point of view when proposing effective benefit packages.
Maryalyce Skree - Employee Benefits
Maryalyce Skree has 36 years experience in employee benefits and works with small business owners to design, implement and maintain employee benefit programs. Maryalyce has worked on the insurance side of benefits as well as the administration of group retirement plans and has always prided herself on outstanding customer service.
Joseph Sidman - Operations Manager
Joseph Sidman joined HSI in 2017 and is responsible for handling the firm’s technology resources. He has extensive knowledge of EDI technologies and manages the integrations for our large clients. Joseph leverages his engineering background to provide data analysis and produce new programs and processes that allow HSI to operate more efficiently and service our clients faster and better then our competition.
Sabrina Whetsell started with Hershenberg Financial & Employee Benefits in January 2021. As an Employee Benefits Manager, her previous experience as a Relationship Manger in the Financial Industry and her extensive customer relations skills will enhance the service she provides. Sabrina also handles the benefits for the Automotive Service Association of Arizona.
